We always advise people to try fragrances on their skin before making a purchase, and we accept no liability for any fragrance purchases that you are dissatisfied with. Our advice should not be used as a substitute for testing a fragrance on your skin and making up your mind before buying.
We disclaim all liability for any financial loss resulting from a third-party website's failure to supply the goods or services it promises if you follow a link to another website.
4) Warning for sensitivity/allergies
Possible allergens exist in perfume. We disclaim all liability for any allergies, sensitivity, or harm brought on by the usage of Al Khaleej perfumes' fragrances. We do not advise wearing any kind of perfume outside in the sun.
5) Flammability
Attention: Fragrance is a combustible substance. Samples and perfume bottles should never be near any open flame. Any fire that results from one of our supplied goods is not our fault.
6) Product Purchase
a) TAKE UP OF ORDERS

When we send an email confirming your order and/or reroute you to a page that describes how we made that good or service available to you, we will have accepted your order. When we provide you the email or web page redirect confirming your order, that acceptance will be considered final.
We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason at our sole discretion, with NO LIABILITY to you. We may refuse your order in the following circumstances:

c) Delivery
We aim to ship your order within a week of receiving it, but it may take up to 10 working days in some cases. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
d) Return & Cancellation
- Only in conformity with our Returns and Cancellation policy may you cancel or return any Products. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this Returns and Cancellation Policy.
- We will issue a full refund if you return a Product following the Regulations; however, we will not exchange products that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect.
