Refund policy

*There are no exchanges for fragrances.

If you are dissatisfied with your perfume, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date if the following conditions are met:



  • Products that are damaged or defective upon receipt will be accepted for return.
  • The fragrance should be 90% or more intact in the bottle.
  • Bottles used for testing and samples do not have a return or exchange policy.
  • All of the packaging and attachments, including tags, warranty cards, manuals, and authenticity certificates, must be present with the item.
  • No returns are accepted for items that were purchased at a promotion or during a sale.
  • Our return policy does not apply to damages caused by carelessness, inappropriate use, or improper application.

  • You can initiate your return request by filling out a form.
  • Please mark the return package with your Order Number, Full Name, Email, and Phone number.
  • If there is not enough information provided, the order will be automatically canceled.

 

Refund Policy

  • Once your application has been approved, your refund will be processed, and your account will be automatically credited.
  • Otherwise, in lieu of cash returns, customers will receive a coupon with the same value that is only good at online businesses.
  • This coupon can be used now or in the future. Please read your voucher completely for further details.
  • After verification by the Al Khaleej Perfumes team, money can be reimbursed.
  • To prevent transit damage, returns must be carefully packaged by the buyer. If we receive any broken returns, we reserve the right to destroy them as soon as they arrive, with no obligation to issue a refund.
